Broadcast Meteorology

Few things in this world influence our decision-making like the weather, and in this minor you will learn how to predict it, and communicate that forecast to a variety of audiences on television, radio, streaming, social media, and other video platforms. This interdisciplinary minor prepares students to understand the science of weather prediction and then effectively use media to communicate that information to an audience.
