What You'll Learn

The Exercise Science major provides students with the scientific knowledge of the underlying principles related to human movement for health, physical fitness and sport performance through instruction and practical experience. Students receive instruction in the areas of exercise physiology, biomechanics and exercise psychology. Additional experience is gained through an internship placement in a fitness or clinical setting.
