Angie goes above and beyond the duties of her position (of which there are many), and does so with the utmost professionalism, dedication, and compassion. Her ability to accommodate the needs of students, advisors, department chairs and staff, administrators, and more on a daily basis is outstanding to say the least. Serving by far the largest college at EIU, she is no doubt one of the busiest workers on campus, and she has always handled this monumental responsibility like a rock star. Thank you for all that you do, Angie. Your value to EIU is immeasurable.

Darrin always goes above and beyond as the Life Sciences BSW. We had many guests this past year during our anniversary celebration, and he was always thoughtful about making sure the spaces they would be in were extra polished. We also very much appreciate his cheerful disposition and comradery. We are truly fortunate.

I want to give a big shout out to Michele McDaniel for her amazing work at the Ballenger Teacher's Center and as the Liaison to the College of Education!

Michele is the bridge that connects our future teachers with the latest educational resources and opportunities. She works tirelessly to make sure EIU's future educators have everything they need to succeed in the classroom, connecting academic research in teaching and learning with practical examples.

Thanks to Michele's dedication, EIU teachers-in-training stay current with the best practices in education. She's making a real difference for our professors and our future educators and, ultimately, for all the young lives they will eventually touch.

Thank you Stacey for always going the extra mile at Booth Library. As a supervisor, as a librarian and as a professor Stacey looks for the opportunities to support people and facilitate their gifts. She recognizes her colleagues and her employees value to our common educational mission and she always seeks to position them to succeed. This community and this organization is better for having Professor Knight-Davis a dedicated member of it.

That Ben Merry is always so very helpful and always very unassuming and easy to work with! So glad we have him here at EIU!

Jennie is simply the best. Period. Thank you for all of your hard work keeping McAfee immaculate! Most recently, I very much appreciate your attention to details as we convert classroom space to programming areas for our students! A big, huge shout out of gratitude for Carrie who works tirelessly during final exams to coordinate testing labs, oversee course evaluations, and direct a hidden gem of a program at EIU, Testing and Evaluation Operations. Most pertinent, this past semester, even with some challenging mysteries and program bugs with Scantron, Carrie kept her poise and solved the issue before the company! Carrie - thank you for your dedication, hard work, and professionalism. You are appreciated.

For being the calm in the storm each and every Payroll Monday. Travis and the Payroll team are always patient and pleasant in helping sort out our perpetual PAWS time entry issues. They are amazing!

Koty worked so hard preparing, coordinating, and executing commencement, and it was a great success! I only got to see a small fraction of the work she did behind the scenes, but I was amazed at how well she single-handedly juggled so much. Koty, thank you for all that you do and for making spring commencement a memorable end to students' EIU journey.

Emily has been a great addition to our department. She's consistently on top of everything that our department needs and helps us meet every deadline.
