I think Ellen goes way beyond what her job requires. I Feel that the University is a better place to work because of her. It is a pleasure to work with her. 

For being one of the very few people to actually listen to me when I need help. 

EIU and Booth Library are fortunate to have you as part of our campus family. Your professionalism, work ethic, and kind-hearted compassion are admirable qualities and you are an inspiration to me and to many. Thank you, Marlene. I am proud to call you my colleague and friend. 

Jason always steps up to any new challenge. He figures things out quickly and accurately. He is a valued member of our team and I am grateful to work with him. He is a great resource for EIU.

Jean Toothman is amazing! She gives 100% to her work, even when some of us don't completely deserve it (we know who we are). The English Department is incredibly lucky to work with such a dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring professional.SHOUT OUT TO JEAN!

The ITS Department would like for everyone to give a big round of applause to Jason Hamilton. This guy is the cause of a lot of the success we do here in the ITS department. The majority of his work and accomplishments are behind the scenes. If it wasn’t for his talent and kindness, then the Technicians and other areas would have to work a lot harder than they already do. Thank you Jason for being such an important part of this campus!

We had an issue with a laptop computer in the laboratory at CENCERE. I called this in last Friday afternoon, expecting someone to come out on Monday. Instead, Dave stopped by on his way home and tried to help us with our problem- inability to log in. By stopping to help us, he delayed his family's departure for a trip to the Chicago area. Thank you, Dave, for going the extra mile!

Angie you are AWESOME!! We appreciate all of your reports, crunching number and doing it with such tact! Keep up the good work and thanks for your dedication.......even when you don't feel good. :)

Josh, served on the ADIR committee in fall 2015. He did an amazing job securing a room where we could do conference calls including Skyping; was quick on his laptop (always present), adding the various activities to his calendar which sent other members and automatic add (I really appreciated that), and keeping us going with a healthy dose of humor, especially on long days. Josh definitely deserves a shout out! 

Great job in all you do in processing an increasing number of international student applicants and also with current students! You are EIU :-)

I really appreciate Marilyn's hard work, diligence and expertise in processing many more international applications. Great job!!!

Thank you to Josh Norman! He is always so responsive and so helpful in finding the answers you need! Even if he isn't the person who can take the action you need, he always makes sure that you find the right person. We are lucky to have him on campus.

Thanks to Susan and her staff for assisting 130+ international students in making sure they have one of the most important cards needed at EIU, their Panther Card. Thanks for all that you do!

Just want you to know that I appreciate all that you do for FCS - I know it's hard work without the support you used to have - but you handle it well and you are always a smiling cheerful face in the office!
