Big ups to Tim, he's always willing to help others. Glad we have Tim on the help desk working end users. 

I'm so grateful to work for Dr. Webb. She is so supportive of me and wants to see me succeed. She is hard working, funny and smart. She makes our work environment fun and somewhere we look forward to coming to every day!

Annie has only been in our office for a year, but it's hard for me to imagine her not being here. There could not be another person who fits in better with us and who works harder. She is smart, considerate and connects so well with the students. I hope she never leaves!

Brittany is the co-worker that everyone wants: dedicated to her job, hilarious, kind and thoughtful. I'm grateful every day for her. EIU is a better place because she's here.

Big shout out to Jay Thompson who shines as a BSW in the Doudna Fine Arts Center. Jay is always willing to help and is very attentive to our building needs. Thank you, Jay! 

Thank you, Nate, for helping us get our new Academic Advisor's office into shape. His office is a lot bigger now since you moved out the big file cabinets and replaced them with one smaller one! We appreciate you!!

Connor really took the time to explain Banner process to me. I know he and the rest of his team have a lot of other things going on but I really appreciate the extra time he took to explain it. 

I would like to thank Philip for ALWAYS being available when I message him (which is often).  His knowledge, patience and willing to help does not go unnoticed.  EIU is lucky to have him!

Jeff is the best!! ALWAYS available when I message him and always eager to help.  His knowledge is extremely helpful,  Jeff has walked the Help Desk agents thru a variety of (some challenging) issues when students/faculty call about D2L, Kaltura and other instructions questions.  Thanks for all you do!!!

Huge thank you to Erica for taking the time answer questions during open enrollment period. Erica is always so friendly and willing to take the time to thoroughly explain the benefits in question. Her expertise and knowledge is always greatly appreciated!

Jeff is one of the best employees at EIU. He always responds quickly and is so helpful with all technology issues and teaching resources. He has a great work ethic and truly values helping faculty and staff in HSCL (and across campus). I've learned so much from him over the last few years. Thank you, Jeff! 

Jenny Sipes has helped several of my students in the last year. Most of them have had anxiety, depression, and other traumatic events occuring in their lives. Jenny has provided them with the resources, kindness, and respect they needed and deserved at that time. She truly goes above and beyond, and our students and the entire EIU community are lucky to have her. She deserves an award.
