I recently worked with Rita on a project for a statewide event.  She did an amazing job bringing together staff from other organizations to put on a webinar to provide transfer updates for all state universities. I look forward to assisting with other projects in the future.

Eastern is so fortunate to have Philip Kousma in ITS. He is knowledgable and responsive to users' needs. When you bring him a complex problem, he's always willing to find a solution. He is patient and kind. He makes having technology problems a lot less painful!
