First week of classes is always so hectic, but thank you Christian for taking the time to stick with me and get my issue resolved. You're patience and kindness went a long way for me the day of IT issues as I was so stressed I was ready to pull my hair out! THANK YOU!

Recently starting here at EIU, Jessica has been tasked with numerous duties and large changes to implement and oversee. She's done a tremendous job, not only with these tasks, but also with supporting the staff in the office. She exhibits true care for the staff and students, and truly listens to what is needed. Her hard work, dedication, and genuine care is truly appreciated. Great work Jessica!!
