How do I change my password?
Please read the below password requirements!!
If you do not know your current password and need to change it, go to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
There may be a delay before the new password is updated, please allow 5 minutes to log in with new password.
Enter your EIU Email address when you reach this field
Password requirements for Eastern:
- Not be a previous password
- Start with a letter
- A minimum of 14 characters
- Have both upper and lower case characters
- Have at least 1 number
- Have at least 1 non-alphanumeric character, The only allowable non-alphanumeric characters are :
- Minus sign - Underscore _ Colon : Asterisk * Exclamation point ! Dollar sign $ Period . Comma ,
If you know your current password and wish to change it, go to https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and go to Security Info from the menu and choose “change” or you can also go to https://myaccount.microsoft.com/ and you will find the "change password" option on the right
