Subject: Campus Wi-Fi Update

Last Friday (9/26) morning a fix was implemented for EIU Wi-Fi that appears to have resolved most of the Wi-Fi connectivity issues.
If you continue to experience issues, please make sure that private networking is disabled by following the instructions here: https://www.eiu.edu/panthertech/selfhelp-article.php?cat=28&id=192

Due to the configuration changes the VPN is currently unavailable on EIU Wi-Fi. Our teams are working to restore access to the VPN on EIU Wi-Fi.

Please continue to report any Wi-Fi connectivity issues to support@eiu.edu or call 217-581-HELP so our teams can assist with connectivity.
