Subject: Female Student ADHD Survey
Dear Student,
I am writing to invite you to participate in a research study exploring the challenges, experiences, and behaviors of women diagnosed with ADHD. This study is being conducted by Jessica Nolan, a graduate student in Health Promotion at Eastern Illinois University, under the guidance of Dr. Misty Rhoads.
To participate, you must be diagnosed with ADHD and have been assigned female at birth. Your participation is completely voluntary, and you may withdraw at any time without penalty or consequence. All responses are anonymous and confidential, and no identifying information will be collected.
The survey will take approximately 25–30 minutes to complete. By clicking the link below and completing the survey, you indicate your informed consent to participate. This means:
· You understand the purpose of the study.
· You know participation is voluntary and that you may skip any question or stop at any time without consequences.
· You understand there are no direct benefits or risks associated with participation.
· You are aware that all data will remain confidential and used only for research purposes.
