EIU’s Naming Committee Meeting Wednesday, March 17

(Charleston, IL) – Eastern Illinois University’s Naming Committee will hold its next meeting of the 2020-2021 academic year on Wednesday, March 17, 2021. In accordance with the State of Illinois’ best-practice guidelines for enhancing health and safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, EIU’s Naming Committee meeting will be hosted virtually.

The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conducted via Zoom (web-based video- and tele-conferencing platform). Interested media, members of the public and individuals seeking to make public comment at this meeting should contact Vice President for University Advancement Ken Wetstein at kawetstein@eiu.edu by 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 16, 2021 to received log-in instructions for the meeting.

Public comments will be limited to three minutes per individual and a total of 20 minutes for all public comments. Public comments may also be submitted in written form to the same email address provided above. Written public comments will be shared with the members of the Subcommittee of the Naming Committee.
