The East Phase of the Steam Tunnel Upgrade will cross through the South Parking Lot continuing through Ninth Street on to the Ninth Street parking lot. All non-local traffic will use detours from 9th Street to Garfield Avenue and 9th Street to Edgar Drive to connect with 18th Street/Route 130 to bypass this closure.
