Trouble logging into OmniUpdate?

A recent update from the vendor has temporarily affected how EIU users log into OmniUpdate. A fix is in progress, but in the meantime, you can access your pages with this workaround:

  1. Click “Login to OmniUpdate” as usual
  2. Once the page loads, look at the web address (URL) in your browser
  3. Find the number “10” in the URL
  4. Change it to “11”
  5. Press Enter on your keyboard

Example:

  • Your URL will show: ...omniupdate.com/10/...
  • Change it to: ...omniupdate.com/11/...
