Don't Miss Out on These End-of-March Doudna Concerts!

There are two upcoming concerts near the end of March in Doudna that are sure to entertain! Info below:

Faculty Chamber Concert: Beethoven Septet
Monday, March 30 at 7:30 p.m. @ The Recital Hall
Free for all audiences!

EIU Music Faculty will present Beethoven’s gem from his early years, his Septet in E-flat, Op. 20, joined by guest artist Erin Rafferty on viola and current student Race Brighton on double bass.


Percussion Ensemble
Tuesday, March 31 at 7:30 p.m. @ The Theatre
$10 General Admission | $5 EIU Students

The EIU Percussion Ensemble, directed by Professor Jamie V. Ryan, will perform chamber music by Srayamurtikanti, Korry Friend, Jonathan Ovalle, John Clayson, Steve Reich, Daniel Levitan, and feature senior xylophone soloist Garrison Reed. The program will begin and end with folkloric music from Cuba, previewing our Spring Fest performance at the end of the semester! There also will be a special performance by the EIU Winter Drumline.
