The simple steps to becoming eiu
We admit students in the MBA program for Fall and Spring semesters on a rolling admission basis. International students are advised to apply 4-6 months earlier than these dates, especially if they wish to be considered for a Graduate Assistantship position.
All graduate programs require applicants to submit application materials through MyEIU. Files are not considered for admission until all materials have been received. Application files are evaluated at least twice per week against the program’s admission criteria.
Applicants do not have to send any documents to the MBA program separately; all materials should be uploaded to the applicant's MyEIU account. Applicants may email (a second copy of) documents to both mba@eiu.edu and graduate@eiu.edu if they have difficulty uploading any documents to their MyEIU account or if they want to provide additional documents to be considered for MBA admission or a position as a Graduate Assistant. If you are interested in a graduate assistantship, you also need to submit a graduate assistantship application in MyEIU portal.
