Registration

Registration can be done online or by a form you can fill out and return by mail or email. 

Online Registration: When you click this link, please choose one of two forms:

1. "Eastern Music Camp" - this form should be used to register while paying in full, paying everything except internal EMC scholarships, or to pay zero, if you know you have a full scholarship coming from somewhere. Any balance is due by the time camp starts on July 19, though the early bird rate is locked in as long as you register by 5/15/26.

2. "Eastern Music Camp - Partial Payment" - this form should be used to pay using whatever deposit you wish at this time. Any balance is due by the time camp starts on July 19, though the early bird rate is locked in as long as you register by 5/15/26.

Camp Fees

The camp fee is inclusive of all tuition, room and board, and social activities. Please see the scholarship page for more information on scholarship support.

Fees are locked in by the timing of when you register, even if you pay the balance closer to when camp starts. 

Early-bird Registration by 5/15/26: $600

Regular Registration by 5/30/26: $650

Late Registration on or after 6/1/26 (with permission): $700

Commuter Discounts

Use the partial payment form and subtract the discount from your payment. Email the EMC Director to set up specifics.

Commuter A: Fully Commuting (no housing or dining) - $200 discount

Commuter B: Commuting with lunches on campus - $150 discount

Commuter C: Commuting with lunches and dinners on campus - $75 discount

Refunds

Refunds (less a $75 administrative fee) will be given for cancellations made before June 1, 2026.  Cancellations on or after June 1, 2026 will result in forfeiture of all fees paid.
