Undergraduate Student Major & Minor Changes
All undergraduate students who are assigned to advisors within their departments should make any changes to their major, minor, concentration, pre-health designation, or catalog year through their certification officer. Students are always welcome to visit their certification officers, but are encouraged to use this form for changes.
